For sale here, is a complete Automatic Soft-Cloth Car Wash System. Most of this equipment was install in 1987 (at 436 N. Jackson St. Jackson, MI), at a cost of about $100,000.00 (Not including the conveyor system, and the building). I believe the conveyor equipment was installed in 1974 (Quite old, but still works fine). This equipment is fully operational (i.e. It Runs), but could benefit from a fair amount of maintenance and refurbishment. The Sherman Equipment is very High Quality (constructed of Heavy Gage Stainless Steel, and good quality components).

Please note: This System requires 440-480VAC 3-phase power, to operate (i.e. all motors are 460VAC 3-phase).

The Conveyor System is Hydraulic (as are the Tire Scrubbers). The pump is driven by a 15 HP motor (These Hydraulic "Power-Pack" units normally sell new, for over $2,000.00 -- not counting the conveyor). The conveyor is a FlaPan Model 1084 (Log-Chain type, Above Floor, Surface mount).

The Control System was upgraded in 2001, at a cost of about $1000.00 (Includes a late model Koyo DL-6 PLC [Ladder Logic programmable], Software, and Full Documentation). I can provide documentation for all Wiring, Plumbing Connections, Software, Etc.
